- Return requests for replacement/repair will only be processed if the item is reported defective within the stated warranty term.
- Batteries are excluded from warranty.
- All items must be packaged safely and appropriately.
- The user is responsible for the shipping cost of the repaired/replaced product.
Types of Returns accepted:
- End of Life– unit is no longer needed/unrecoverable
- Repair– unit is repaired and returned
- Replace- unit replaced within terms of warranty
